What is Plant Science and Technology?
Major of Plant Science and Technology strives to foster global experts that are creative and capable of leading the field of 21 century plant life science. Thus we focus on providing world class plant life science research, education, and field training in ecology, ecotechnology, morphological botany, plant molecular biology, molecular genetics, advanced-high-tech method of storage after harvest, and engineering of natural substance material; also on playing a pivotal role in various fields within a society.

Moreover, the objectives of our department under the education and research needed by the 21 century knowledge-based Society are, First, vitalization of creative and futuristic industry through the research of plant life science. Second, training global experts through plant applied life science research and education.
