Department of Food and Nutrition is a leading department in Chung-Ang University. We are providing the optimal curriculum for getting the license of nutritionist and nutrition teacher. Our curriculum consists of the basic and advanced classes for the nutrition, dietetics, food chemistry, cookery science, food safety, food microbiology, food service and management. The alumni in the department of food and nutrition are actively working as a nutritionist, clinical nutritionist, food researcher, professional in fields of government, R&D center, and many others.
I would like to meet all the future students who study the food and nutrition in our campus and want to be nutritionist, clinical nutritionist, food scientist, food researcher, food stylist, chef, and baker, and so on. If you have any questions on my department, please let know anytime.
